  • Most have offices and restrooms
  • Our experienced, on-site maintenance team handles repairs and maintenance to roofs, plumbing, and HVAC
  • Tenants pay utilities except water and sewer
  • We pay school and property taxes
  • There is no common area charge
  • We DO NOT charge Triple Net Lease — tenants pay rent and utilities, we cover the rest
  • We plow parking lots, tenants must salt and shovel their doors when necessary
  • Leases vary from one to ten years
  • Maintenance crew can assist on a time-available basis for moving and other needs such as a forklift
  • Tenants leaving before the lease has expired are responsible for the remaining payments until the lease expires or the space is rented to another party
  • One month’s security deposit and the first and last months’ rent are due before occupancy
