Our onsite maintenance team handles the mechanicals  (e.g., heating, air conditioning, plumbing, etc.) They make sure our lots are plowed in the winter and the grounds are well-maintained in the spring, summer, and fall.

Our on-premises shop includes all of the equipment and supplies required to maintain the facilities. Our crew is dedicated, experienced, and always ready to help. Our office staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

We are capable of handling traffic from motorcycles to tractor-trailers. Many of our buildings offer a combination of office and warehouse space. When required, we have loading docks, street-level garage doors, and man doors.

Tenants are responsible for their own utilities except for water and sewer. We are insured and handle the taxes and maintenance. Every tenant must have their own renters insurance.
